I think they are talking about the head in the bathroom, not the engine. Though I would be very concerned about the transmission on that M25XPB as there was severe issues with transmission failures at about the number of hours on this engine. Likely no warranty left so you can plan on a the cost of a replacement. Odd choice of motor as that issue was fairly well known by then, must have gotten a smokin deal on the motor and install. Wonder if the fence at the yard that did it is still standing without the posts! The soft wood mounts would do no favors to the transmission either as it would not allow for accurate alignment as the pressure treated wood would shift too much. I would be very concerned about that engine install, looks pretty shoddy.

The price is insane, not even a proper well maintained boat would sell for that much or likely even half.
