Plus it 's LED , I screwed it onto the mast with bronze screws . Bronze is much kinder to Alum . than SS .
And bonus it lights up the BBQ just fine .
When I rewired our mast a few yrs. ago my plan was to have no wiring (except VHF antenna wire) above the spreaders . I got rid of tri colors , steaming light and a strobe , that was a lot of wire .
Thatís the light I have - works great lighting the foredeck and as a steaming light.

Iím curious, do you have an anchor light at the top of the mast?
