New York sales Tax started in 1965 Later than most, I think.

Social Security income wasn't taxed until 1984. up to the 50% level.

Then in 1993, it was Raised to 85% .... One day, who knows, it will go probably go up to 100%

But to the OP .... I believe that Delaware, and New Hampshire have no State Sales Tax.
