This is the brake...available widely at chandleries or on line...
The bolt head compresses the throttle cable sheath to apply pressure to the cable inside...the amount of pressure dependent on the adjustment of the machine bolt. The nut locks the bolt at the desired position. Use a wrench on the bolt head when tightening the nut to avoid changing the brake pressure.
