These engines are still supported for new and used parts in Britain and Europe. Another poster suggested Lancing Marine which is an excellent source. Your engine was a marinized British Ford used in the Fiesta model however while they built huge numbers of these engines they were only built for the British and European maket so just about impossible to find parts elsewhere. Most but not all engine parts are reasonably easy to find over there but the marinized parts not so much. The engines were good but they are all getting a little long in the tooth
and some of the models are no longer supported however the T108 is still OK for parts.
