Are you using to drop guests back to Queens Quay? Or just using it for beer runs . I guess it all comes down to how you will use it MOST of the time. Lugging a 9hp isn't much fun. Especially with no swim swim platform to help.

I've noticed in the last few years that the amount of water taxis in the harbour has grown a lot - might be an option to go with a smaller outboard and hire a taxi when you need to do a fast crossing.
