Soling side mount

I hope you see this, I had a devil of a time logging in so I just start anew ( jack Chatham 1) I entered the new passwords a dozen times! Iím missing something. Anyway, yes Iíve seen that side mount and the problem is itís flush with the deck even for a long shaft, and itís quite expensive for what it is, I had one fabricated for $150, what a deal!. Now how to post pictures?

And yes it has sufficiently backing plates and torque is no problem, my son in law , my brother in law are both structural engineers
