lakesguy, you're the seller. You sell the boat, as is where is.
IF you own a trailer, and IF you can move the boat, then part of his offer can be to have you deliver the boat AFTER HE BUYS IT AND PAYS FOR IT IN FULL.
No dickering around, no debating, no nonsense.
He buys the boat, pays for the boat, and then you hop in the truck (whatever) and follow him home to deliver it--IF that's part of the bargain.
Moving a boat is always something that happens AFTER it is bought and paid for.
Unless you order the boat on Amazon, in which case there's a huge buzzing sound as all the drones bring it in for delivery. Honest. (G)
