I don't see why you are so shocked. It hasn't been a month since an owner let an apparently uninsured Little Harbor sink for no good reason at all!
Perhaps, since both boats were in close proximity, it's something in the air? lol

I have been aboard a well maintained and upgraded sister ship, and this one looks like no one has done any "PM's" in 15 years at least. Ick.

This still might be a Great boat at the right price... IF the owner will accept what it's worth. Fat Chance.
The ad verbiage talking about what great condition it is in would make me avoid that broker completely.


Pity, tho..... these are one of Bruce King's best all around designs.... sort of a junior version of his acclaimed Ericson 38 series.
