Okay Skipper. You did solicit honest feedback. Good comback on turning the cutting board over. I liked the humor in the cutaway, where you showed the difficulty in preparing sauerkraut. On camera, however, the humor seems a bit nervous or forced. I would tone it down a bit, or maybe it becomes more comfortable as time passes. I think you are on to something, showing people how to prepare good food, with limit onboard resources. I would think storage tips, what cooking implements to have available, mise en place, etc, would make good bits in an episode, while preparing a dish.
