Aussie Family Sailing around the World: We find our boat!

In our latest video......we put an offer in on a Moody 425 in the Med and have it accepted!

The Moody 425 is a boat I have long admired and is perfect for us. So it begins!

A bit of work to do and a shakedown cruise to Italy and Greece will feature in our coming videos.
Would love it if you check out the humble beginnings of our channel and drop us a like and subscribe!

Congratulations!

Have fun!

I would do nothing to the boat for the first few months 🙂

People can say they want freedom, but offer them the keys to what chains them, a map to where they want to go

And they'll turn it down for the cell they know

Good luck... that looks like a fine boat and your video production values are professional... impressive start. Take your time to get to know your boat intimately... Whatever it is you are doing... plan in advance. Far winds and following seas!

She is overdue for a new rig (Cue discussion about how old is too old for standing rigging.............) but otherwise i'll probably just slap some paint on her bottom and go sailing.

Thankyou!

I do enjoy making videos. To take it to the standard of what some of the folk are doing out there takes alot of hard work.

For the moment we are happy doing some VLOGS as a bit of fun as we cruise
