Buying a CT47CC

Hi All,
My wife and I are in the process of buying a 1986 CT47 Centre Cockpit Cutter rigged sloop. It seems this is a fairly rare yacht, as I've not seen a centre cockpit / sloop combination anywhere else. Sailboatdata has nothing much to say about her, so I was wondering if anyone can point me towards some technical data.

Merry Christmas to all.

Re: Buying a CT47CC

yep you bought an odd ball. I have one even RARER. you say rare after you own something odd! your biggest problem is that the steering compartment is sealed aft of the rear cabin. there is no common bilge. water will be trapped aft and in the aft cabin. I am considering this year just cutting a path from aft to cabin to center. that would solve several problems. I do open ocean sailing, and the aft cabin does get wet and smell funny.
I have the cc ketch with the tall mainmast
