Is there an owners group for CT. Usually they have information on brand specific boats nuances. These boats were built in Taiwan I believe. Do you have the owners manual?

You didn’t mention what brand of pedestal you have. On my old Formosa 37, you didn’t need to remove the pedestal from the base to fix the cables. Access from the top wasn’t easy though.
