Hey bro!
It's a piece of cake to change the oil, oil filter, and both fuel filters. I usually do it in the fall as part of the winterization process. They say its better to leave fresh oil in the engine while it sits on the hard.

Get a good oil pump. Mainesail suggested the Moeller one and it really works well. Be sure to change the o-rings on the fuel filters too.
Here's the stufff you'll need
Yanmar 3YM20
(The primary filter on our boat, not indicated is YAN41650-502320 )

The Yanmar 3YM20 on my boat is so easy to access and so is the impeller that I also doubt it could take more than 2 hrs to get this done.

Take care,

You have some nice access to your engine. Nice the impeller faces forward.

Like suggested, warming the engine will help.

Re: Yanmar 3YM20 Regular Service Cost?

I guess I can only add that if the same person gave the range of time it was an estimate, not a quote. Not seeing the installation first, it is difficult to give a fair estimate. Impellers can be a real pita if stuck usually from not being changed or serviced regularly. I have had to remove the pump to a bench on many occasions. With your experience you should have no problem doing these tasks yourself.
