C'mon, we know there's a photo somewhere.

The hysterical laughter you hear as you drive a way in your"new" boat ..... is the seller.

"Stainless steel studs and nuts the worst material for electrical connections. they seem to come loose easier then bronze or copper "
I'm told the surface of stainless threads is smoother than other metals (including galvanized) and that because of this, it is easier for them to slip and come apart.
Which is why you learn to use threadlock on every threaded fitting, religiously. And to throw out the old bottle and buy a new one every two years, because it does have a shelf life and it does go bad as it ages.

I must apologize for my post, I have people calling me ALL day long asking me why stuff doesn't work the way they expect, and many times I have to explain to them they are "using it wrong," so this seemed like another one of my exchanges with my fellow co-workers, "using it wrong."
