Shore Power

So I plugged into a 50 amp dock pedestal using a 30 amp cord and 30 to 50 amp adapter, all new. The AC plugs on the boat work but when I turn on the water heater and battery charger the reverse polarity light comes on. I checked other pedestals within reach on the dock and get the same results. I am the only one on this pedestal. There are only two other boats on the pier where my boat is...

At this point I am trying to rule out the boat or dock, any thoughts?
