1981 Lancer 28 charging questions.

I just bought a 1981 Lancer 28 . I can't find an inverter or charger anywhere on the boat. It does have shore power connection. My questions for anyone who knows: Is the Shore power direct line 120v to the regular house outlets onboard? Did these come equipped with an onboard battery charger or inverter?
Is the bilge pump 12v only?
Gotta keep the auto-bilge going over the winter...lots of rain here. Any info appreciated...(yes this is my first boat).

Not so much built in as hidden. Check Battery voltage then hook up shore power, you should see 14+ V if there is a charger. Surely there is one. And yes all Bilge pumps are 12V shore power(or solar panel) would keep Batteries charged. Fix the fresh water leaks and the under water ones too!

You really need to do some digging around the boat. Find the battery wires and trace them. Find the shore port input and trace those too. It's a small boat, that can't be too difficult. Considering the age of the boat, even if it originally had a charger and inverter, the originals have probably broken by now.

Good luck,
