Freedom 28 CK

I've always been enamoured by the Freedom 28 Cat Ketch (US version). I love the space below for a 28 footer, and it just seems like a shippy, stout little boat. Going back 15-20 years ago I looked at a couple for sale and was very close to buying but the then-wife nixed it. Despite being told that cat ketches don't point well, I'd be ok with that since it has been said that in reality 80% of coastal and bay cruising is done under power anyway.
When we sold our S2 9.2A a few years ago and were ready for the next boat the 28CK was the first one I thought of. I looked at one local to us but my wife rejected it due to its cosmetic condition, but I'd reconsider it as a project.

Anyone on here with experience with them?

Re: Freedom 28 CK

Are you asking if this boat sails nicely or will it be good for motoring 80% of the time?

I have never been on one but I agree it's a nice looking boat.
