ST60 wind display

Does anyone know if the newer ST60+ (ie plus) is reverse compatible? I doubt it. I have a non-plus version that needs to be replaced.

Better yet, does anyone know a source for a used/refirb ST60 display?

Re: ST60 wind display

No kidding, MS? That's not the Raymarine I've gotten to know so well.

Well, that's good anyway, but I now realize the plus display is not going to look right along side the non-plus tridata and autopilot. Maybe that's a little finicky.

Does anyone know of a source for these used instruments? I've done a little searching without success, including ebay.

btw, the only problem with mine is the interior needle on the wind instrument is dragging on the inside glass and gets hung up. There is some chance I could do surgery and repair, but the odds are 50/50 it's irreparable.

Re: ST60 wind display

I got what you need. My anemometer bearing went two years ago and I opted to buy the entire instrument kit, was the cheapest route. And I was missing one cover, and the new instruments are shaped a little different, not enough to really notice, but the new cover will not fit the old, so I changed the gauge too. The old one is in pristine condition...no cover.

Edit: It is the ST60+

Re: ST60 wind display

You can swap the housing. I replaced an ST60 Winfd with an ST60+ wind and installed the new + in the old 69 housing. Looks like the other five, only the + on the dial shows the difference. And holding the left button can shut it down.others
