DIY Sailboat and Cradle lifter timelaps video

I am pleased with the result

Being a "Spur of the moment" type of trip planner I decided I needed a way to get my sailboat to the water on short notice, but I enjoy the inexpensive option of storing my boat on my property. This was a hurdle!
So I set to planning and building a rig that would lift my sailboat and cradle onto my flatbed trailer, essentially turning it into a sailboat trailer.
Another hurdle was me as I did not want to employ any hydraulics, electric or winches (the KISS approach). With the help of a web based beam calculator I was able to complete my plans.
I did a time laps of it in operation and posted the video here.
Comments are welcome.

what kind of jacks are those and where did you get them? also what is the weight of your boat?

The jacks are rated at 7,000lbs each and just as important, they are side winders. They are also the "Weld on" type.
This is a close match.

The boat weighs about 8,400lbs but I also lift the cradle which is about 1,200lbs so I round it to 10,000lbs. I could have gotten away with jacks rated at 3,000lbs but the higher you go over, the easier it is to crank.

Sorry, I noticed you asked where I got the jacks.
I am in Toronto Canada and the jacks where purchased at a company called Princess auto. The Canadian dollar at .70 cents may have allowed me to get my materials cheaper up here.
This may be a little more informative as the time laps came out a little dark.
This image I rendered from my design software.

Thanks
Calculations got interesting when I decided to make the trailer handle the sailboat and cradle facing both forward an in revers while keeping the tongue weight consistent.
That's why you see the tail of the trailer sticking out from under the cradle.

Hey man, I'm in Toronto and have to grab a boat I bought from Meaford, just wanted to know if I could see your design in person, I need to lift it onto a flat deck 18 foot trailer, boat is 28 feet and on a cradle, I like the way in which you did it. Let me know and if anything we can text, little easier etc.
