Would a barrel lashed on the forestay change the wl enough at the stern? If you can pull the outlets clear and with you in the work. Disconnect hoses , put a wood toggle on a rope thru the fitting and push it out. boathook the rope. Clean the surfaces and apply the goop. Pull the rope back in Jigglepoke the threads back in and apply nut .And valve//? Even a strop under the stern and a handy piling /dropping tide would do it. A helpful trawler or dragger maybe would swing his boom out for a case of beer. Be resourceful
