how to remove scupper?

Hi,

I have a pretty good-sized leak around my deck scupper. Pretty sure the leak is at the deck level.

Anyone have any suggestions on how best to remove the scupper and re-set it with new caulking?

Picture attached.

Thanks

I would first dry everything, then wrap below deck in gauze to learn if thats really where the leak originates.

Yeah - that is a good idea. I should dry and wrap all thru-decks on that starboard side and see who is really causing that leak.

Thanks.

OK - but if it IS that scupper, how do I remove it?
