I find empty DELO oil jugs best for that ,standing, opaque (except for the handy dandy translucent level indicator). Adding an enzyme made for port-i-potties by Rutland takes away all smell.

Nothing that high-tech. It's direct drive: the cranks slips into the top of the hollow paddle shaft right through the top of the toilet, and has a notch on the end that engages a cross bar inside the shaft.

Thanks . Looks like the most effective **** disturber design I've seen.

If you mean the toilet lid, here's one with the seat and lid up - although the crank isn't in place.

Here's one from the day I was unpacking the unit, with the entire top up.

Got a link for that? I hate pee-bottle smell and cleaning them is a pain.

Ditto. If I'm not religious about emptying my urine jugs, they get pretty bad. And after a few uses, they get pretty bad anyway. My solution is to use them a few times, then just throw them out and replace them. Easy to do with a C-Head, since I use the gallon jugs I buy drinking water in.

A couple of quick spritzes of generic spray cleaner with vinegar keeps the urine trap itself under control. But none of the home-brew solutions for the jugs have worked for me, including sugar. Sandy (the proprietor of C-Head) mentioned a product he and his wife use, somewhere on his site. But I don't remember what it was or where he mentioned it. Of course, I guess the intelligent solution would be for me to just email him and ask him.

No link(maybe walmart.com), Wal Mart, over in camping section, 1 or 2 capfuls/gal jug.If you have a port-i-pottie it even breaks down tp, no smell when you empty and all solid matter.

I should probably clarify my comments about smelly urine jugs. In my setup, they've been no problem at all so far when they're in place. My vent system has been handling any odor problems just fine, even though it's a passive system with no fans.

The odor problem only shows up when I fish a jug out of the C-Head, and start emptying it....

With our C-head we have a tiny spray bottle with a few drops of tea tree oil mixed with water and just mist the pee chute after each use. NO ODOR! ;)

I don't get any urine smells from the C-Head itself either, especially since I started spritzing with the vinegar-based cleaner. But pouring out over-ripe jugs can get pretty overpowering... does your tea tree oil also take care of that?
