CS-36T rudder shaft

Hi guys, my rudder is a bit hard to turn and i think that is the reason why my Cap Horn windvane is not working properly. At the wheel its not hard to turn but when its not connected to the sector its seems like there is friction.

I dont think the shaft is bent or anything like that. I did rebuilt it and its easier now then it was before but i think its still too much.

Any ideas ?
