The tool Fanny - latest brilliant product from KTL industries

avid Sailnetters may remember the massively successful launch and subsequent brilliant thread on the magnificent KTL tool kit

https://www.sailnet.com/forums/genera...ed-%24500.html

It was retailing at $500 a pop - but now the price has risen to $750. It has been pointed out that the tool kit needs a proper storage container so our lads in the research department have come up with what they call the Tool Fanny

Fanny - definition of fanny by The Free Dictionary

The Tool Fanny (TM) has been carefully crafted from marine grade plasto-tec matrix and has handy carrying handles either end.

Clearly this is a premium product and we are looking to the denizens of Sailnet to give us some guidance on pricing up this special marine product.

We would like the price to reflect the premium value of the KTL Toolkit.

We are also looking for agents across the globe who would be willing to stock and market the product.

if you could say why you feel you have the skills for these important roles then please post them here.

We are an equal opportunities company and are keen to employ eejits as well as clever people

It's disgusting that your company is so obviously bigoted.

As a recovering eejit, I find it offensive that, in your advert, you write of us as if we are inferior to the clevers, when this is simply not true, eejits can be, at times, useful to have around or even handy.

I, myself, am of often called upon to sit on a creaky old plank and get hauled up a mast or pour gasoline from a plastic bottle into a carburetor whilst someone else cranks the engine.

Does your company also hire the French? Not that I am, I just refuse to work with inferioriorities.

as an equal opportunities company we are very happy to employ French people.

as you say a mixed workforce is important - eejits have their role in life

we like the ones who went to private schools

Only thing missing in this tool kit is an oily rag to wipe the tool after use. Could store the rag in the classy container. Rag not included disclaimer. Product improved by labeling 'this side up'. in several languages.

Lads, lads

I am very pleased that you recognise the brilliance of this product

but we really need your help on pricing this thing

what do you reckon?

Too high and knock offs from China will flood the market

too low and......

well it is a marine grade product so even low is high

if you catch my drift

Pricing is easy. We just put out it there with a catchy infomercial.Three easy payments Cards or paypal. Sounds cheap 'cause nobody knows how to multiply by 3. A perfect gift!! Lots of tools out there.
