LOL - I didn't mean to spam the thread with Spam! But it's been entertaining and educational.
Other protein sources that work for us are egg salad and tuna salad - great for bread, crackers, wraps. Hard cheeses and deli meats. Protein bars, granola bars, cookies, brownies... well, if you make your cookies and brownies with protein powder they can count.
