So you are not sure if your boat is seaworthy?

Just in case you think your boat is not good enough for coastal sailing, here is a sailboat that made it to Florida with 12 people and a dog on board.

I'm glad that they made it, but I suspect that there are quite a lot of similar boats on the bottom.

Any idea where they landed? I don't recall that large of a beach in the Keys.

Such has been pretty common from the 'keys' up to Miami and beyond. The 'designs' of those that actually make land - including as few 'homemade' submarines/submersibles - are quite intuitive and fairly 'robust'.

My "hat's off" to them - one foot on dry US land, and they're home free!
