Medical volunteer opportunities while cruising

My wife and I (Family Nurse Practitioner and Physical Therapist) will be leaving this summer for a westward cruise around the globe. We want to share the wonderful opportunity we have been given by sharing our medical skills with local people as we travel. So far no information on groups, organizations, etc has come up to help us coordinate. Any help to point us in the right direction is appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Camaraderie

Thanks for the suggestion, but doctors without borders want a year or so committment and are not thay active along our route. We are looking for a 1 month or so opportunity. Someone will have the great idea for us.

Well...it was a thought! Anyway it is most generous of you guys and I'm sure that in most places the local authorities or doctor's will be thrilled with your offer and provide lots of opportunities. Good luck and keep us posted on your preparations and your progress. Welcome aboard!
