Seems to be (or have been) several such companies, in the US and in BC Canada. You haven't filled in your profile so I don't know where you are.
Anyhoo.... seats and floors can be made easily enough. The oars can be problematic depending on the oarlock setup on the boat (inflatable, I presume??) But I'd expect any oars could be adapted and in most cases standard wooden oars are usually better - longer and easier to use than the collapsable/small aluminum and plastic types.
