Thanks! If it helps I believe it is based on a Mitsubishi block but have yet to determine which one.

It is a Westerbeke 55a Four

Well, good news / bad news.....Basil probably has one on hand or can get one pretty quickly, but he needs to see the old one to make sure he gives you the right part. Apparently he doesnít have a way to cross reference the old Westerbeke part numbers.

May be good to give him a call to see if thereís a way to work out getting the old one to him. His number is 242-806-9316.

That is a simple external starter solenoid, so any like one could be made to make do.
