Looking for marine surveyor (Cape Cod)

Hi all,

In this nice Spring time we are having in the NorthEast, the surveyor I have contacted three week ago has to cancel my pre-perpurchase survey (I totally understand his personal reason). Anyway, this puts me into the back of the line again and need a new surveyor. The friend that recommended me the former doesn't know others for recommendation. So I'm asking here. Any recommendation for accredited surveyor in Cape Cod or Souther MA? The job is for a 27 footer sailboat.

Any inputs are really appreciated from this crowd. Thanks.

I used Bill Coble when we bought our Pacific Seacraft six years ago. He was very thorough. I don't know if he's still in business, but his contact info back then was:
