Has anyone heard anything from or about Gary?

The Gary who was a musician from the Chesapeake with the Morgan OI 31. Last I heard he was off for the Keys. Been quite a while since he's checked in.

Good question. I’ve been wondering as well. Miss the guy. Hope he’s still on the right side of the soil.

I spoke with him in a pm a few weeks ago. He was upbeat and doing fine. Gary was to have gotten his boat in the water this or Last week and done some traveling on her. He was looking forward to the he upcoming season.

Re: Has anyone heard anything from or about Gary?

I had a PM chat with Gary @travlin-easy 3 weeks ago.
He is just getting some maintenance done on his boat (which should be just about complete) and then he'll be sailing the Chesapeake for Summer.

So if you see him out there give him a wave

People can say they want freedom, but offer them the keys to what chains them, a map to where they want to go,
And they'll turn it down for the cell they know

Re: Has anyone heard anything from or about Gary?

I asked about Gary in another thread a couple of weeks back. Someone invoked his old line....... wanting to check out being killed by a jealous husband or something close to that. I was posted that he was doing well and still posting regularly on CF.

Glad to hear he's still focused on his boat. His rendition of his health made that sound unlikely. IIRC, his last few interactions here were political, where he took some real punches to the head, from those that disagreed with him. I hope that isn't why he bailed. That would be sad.
