I`m rebuilding a Nicholson 26, I need to replace all standing rigging and want to make sure I get the right size 1x19 S/S wire. Can anyone help?

Re: markauks

Easiest would be to just take what you have to a rigger and have it matched.

Re: markauks

Thanks, but this a 1969 boat and it would be logical to assume the original rigging has been changed at some point. I want get things correct.
Regards Mark.

Re: markauks

Rigger can certainly tell you if the diameter of the wire is appropriate for your boat. The lengths are the toughest to get correct and you should be able to tell that from how well they can be tightened.

Re: markauks

Have you tried contacting Camper & Nicholson’s? They’re likely to have the specifications somewhere, or at least be able to point you in the right direction.
