I know itís not cool but...

Okay, itís fall. Summer is over in MI. The beans are in, wood is cut (not yet stacked), stove repaired, motorcycle battery out, tractor greased and ready for winter, deer blind goes up tomorrow and now itís time to watch some sailing videos. So, wife tunes into Shawn & Julia Sailing (second favorite behind La Vagabond only because she wants to be the nanny for the baby in the worst way). Anyway, it seems they posted a video two months ago looking for crew and are now MIA. Did we miss something? Where are they?

What's not cool?

I don't watch this channel. As a general rule, if you're looking for up to date status, the prolific vloggers keep their facebook page current. The videos by definition are delayed by editing. This delay has become an interesting dynamic. It seems 4 to 6 months is the max for a vicarious audience. Anyway, I quickly googled their facebook page and it appears they just got married.

In the harsh marine environment, something is always in need of repair. Margaritas fix everything.

Well, she better be quick cos that baby is growing fast. I dunno what fertiliser Elayna uses in the bathwater but that kid will be 6 feet tall in a week or 2.

People can say they want freedom, but offer them the keys to what chains them, a map to where they want to go,
And they'll turn it down for the cell they know

I think that this happens to all babies. I had a couple of them just a few years ago , and now they're in college calling home every week for money. If I were to do it again, I'd look for a couple of the slow growing kind, so I'd have more time to save up money.

Maybe you were feeding them too much?

I don't have children, but I know with plants if you overfeed you can cause them to bolt.
