Broadreach is an IYT (International Yacht Training) partner school and offers courses from "Introduction to Yachting" to "Bareboat Skipper". Skippers lead summer live-aboard diving, sailing and marine science programs in the Caribbean aboard 40-55 ft. catamarans and monohulls.

Skippers teach sailing lessons, and along with their co-leaders, facilitate positive group dynamics, lead games, assist students with cooking and cleaning duties along with cultivating personal growth and leadership development in our students. Our staff prioritize safety and are energetic role models who excel in building meaningful relationships with their students. Leading a Broadreach program is a fun, rewarding, and demanding position.
