Hello to all

i am new to the site and i just started walking the path to own a sailing boat I am looking for some time now thru the web for boat 37-39 feet with a character and most importanlty structural integrity.Today i saw a Cape Dory 36 the haul looks good needs work on the deck alot of crazings up there any thoughts thank you

Welcome, I am new here too.

Depending on how bad it is, you'll most likely need to sand the surface down and apply some primer then polyurethane. If you're interested in purchasing the boat I'd also recommend having a survey accomplished. That way you'll have a much better idea of the work that needs to be done.
