Jeanneau Poker 28ft - Through Hole Something?

Hi everyone.

Could someone tell me what this is? I have this on both sides of the boat, somewhere in the middle of it. I want to use those through Holes for something else but those "things" don't seem to come out of there.

Any info would really help.

Anything visible on the outer hull there?

They look a bit small, but might have been for a 'shoot-through-hull' depth transducer....

Last time i dove down there there were Through Hole Holes under them. Didn't get too close to check exactly though. These things seem pretty old and i tried removing one with no luck so far. As if it is stuck in there.

I don't think I'd be pulling too hard on those!
