You Get What You Pay For

A new customer asked me to inspect the work her previous dive service had done a week earlier.

I told her she should show them the pix I took and ask them to go back and finish the job at no charge. She is unwilling to confront them however, so she wants me to go out and do it next week.

I'll cut her some sort of break on the price.

Re: You Get What You Pay For

It looks like you just gained a new customer. This is just another example of why people who do a job well done, for a reasonable fee thrive in this economy...and people like this person, lose customers.... just sad.

My hull cleaning videos have had over 150,000 views and many of them feature soundtracks by this artist. You're the first person who has even hinted that they didn't like the music. So pardon me when I tell you that it's your taste in music that sucks, not mine.

hahahaha it's true... my taste in music is hardly what you hear on the radio! I didn't mean to offend you or anyone else... please accept my apology if you were offended.

I prefer more mellow sounds.. or silence... bubbles would have been cool!

Not sure what is more mellow than a Hawaiian reggae artist with a propensity for writing songs about ganja, but OK, to each his own. I personally love the song.

After all the comments, I had to watch the video with the volume turned up this time...I like the vacation reggae stuff....I was expecting something more like Handels "Water Music", or Don Ho singing "Tiny Bubbles"

To each their own..if everyone liked the same thing life would be boring.
