Boat named ARIA out of Myrtle Beach looks like a well maintained boat. Hope we get the full story about this boat.

Huh? A couple abandons a beautiful sailboat with furled sails. They are rescued by some Jamaican fishermen. The boat drifts over to Cozumel and ends up on the beach still in pretty good condition. They also shutdown their blog of their travels with the boat once it is found. Wonder why they felt they had to abandon the boat in the first place?

Another website reports the boat was being used to smuggle Haitians into the US. They probably stole the boat and got lost ending up on the beach in Mexico.

Tv News report said they had already settled with the insurance company so they don't seem to any interest in it.

Already got my favorite boat. But, looks like a great deal for someone who needs a fixer upper. But, might have already been stripped by now.

If, like me, you were curious; ARIA is a 2002, 34.8 foot Island Packet.
