1977 O'Day 30; Water Tank

I'm looking for information on the water tank. How much does it hold, where is it, how do I fill it? Also, how does the pump work to pressurize the water? Also, does one drain the tank in winter?

I've never had a boat this size so I'm all ears.

Thanks

The owner's manual should be here: https://sbo.sailboatowners.com/downl...0_71058832.pdf

Per the Owner's Manual, the 25-gallon water tank is located under the port settee. You fill it through the deck plate that is labeled "WATER."

Since you are in Illinois, the water system would need to be winterized after being hauled in the fall. Basically using the fresh water pump to empty the tank and then running antifreeze through the lines.
