I don't know if the hole is c'sunk . It's a factory job that that was installed round 79' I see evidence of stuff not c'sunk on the boat ( a small spider crack coming from something that was screwed down ). So anyway like I said the leak is on my main traveler , there are about 20 other screws that are not leaking so I'm motivated to get just this one hole fixed . If I must remove it I will for sure c'sink .
