Here's one I just recorded a few weeks ago. It's me playing my arranger keyboard and me singing, and I did the video production on my PC.

Sailing a boat while supporting yourself by playing music. Thank you Gary for a version of a life well lived.

Smack, 20 minutes of bluegrass music is about all I can handle in a year. Many years ago, I was booked to perform an outdoor concert with several other bands, one of which was bluegrass. After 20 minutes, every song began to sound the same as the previous song, not only to me, but to the audience as well. Thank goodness they only performed for an hour or I sincerely believe we would have lost the entire audience of about 500 ppl.

Jephotog, thanks for listening and watching the vid. It was a great way to make a living for me, probably the best job I ever had, and I loved every minute of being on stage. Unfortunately, significant health issues forced me to retire last year, and the boat is now up for sale. I guess everything comes to an end, eventually.

All the best,

Gary

That's a real conundrum, Pete.
Enya, roller disco, or polka music?

Under admiralty law, nothing else is legal to play on a boat, unless you're the night band on the Titanic.

When it's blowing like snot, and everything is working right, this song always pops into my head:

Here is where the audio comes from.

This one pops into mine.

It's a metal cover of a much calmer original that's more appropriate when not blowing like snot. :smile

When things are going well, especially on Chesapeake Bay, this immediately comes to mind.
