Dock
Bin them.
The world needs less inacurate, old paper charts that in this day and age should not be used by mariners anyway.

GREETINGS EARTHLINGS ; In the past I have been given chart port folio 80 or more charts (from vessels scrapped) and have given them to the local SEA CADETS training centre, where they have been use to teach the youngsters how to navigate, AS ALWAYS GO SAFE

I have some friends that did the same in a bathroom, it looks cool and it's fun to see all the places I want to go, or have sailed to

Jim DeWitt? He made Sails, before he made Art.

Looking closely at the signature, I'm mistaken.

It would be nice to know, I cant make it out either. One day my Kids will put in on Antique roadshow and be rich. We bought it in Annapolis during the Boat show 20 years ago or so.

Re: What to do with old charts and chart-kits?

The SHIPYARD RESTAURANT & PUB in Maple Bay, BC has table tops with old charts under a few layers of varnish. My wife would kill me if I tried that on or oak dining room table.

Old Charts are for Nostalgia and for... Hunting Treasure.

Well in part depends on the area, here the Hudson River has not been sounded in over 80 years, so I think any charts will be accurate (as accurate as any). also you can update fairly recent but not totally outdated charts with notices to mariners.
