Hi all, my apologies if this is in the wrong forum.
I am trying to figure out who designed this boat and whether or not there is any information on the internet about it.
It's a fiberglass hull and length was described as 40 feet but the length measurement may be inaccurate.
Can anyone help identifying make/model of this diesel on a Newport 30? I think they were built with an Atomic 4 so the boat has obviously been re-engine'd. Engine mounts look solid. Are they original?
Thanks in advance.
Hi - newly registered user and I have the attached picture as my desktop. Can you help me identify the boat? Manufacturer? Length? Etc. I am interested in learning all I can about this beautiful watercraft.

I recently bought a new boat and it came with a lot of awesome stuff, but I can't identify what this thing is. It looks like it may be used for climbing, but there is a separate mast climbing harness. Any ideas?
I am very interested in buying this Sailboat to restore.
The seller believes this is a 25' Luger.
My findings are that Luger didn't offer a 25' sailboat. Luger did offer a 26' Tradewinds, it doesn't look like this sailboat.
Also, Luger didn't offer a Fin Keel, only swing keels.
I would appreciate any help on this.
Just acquired a new (old) boat that included a dinghy along with the deal. I'm posting some photos here and asking if anyone can identify the manufacturer/model from the photos. There's several layers of paint from different owners, and I could not find any...
