The 33-I is an all glass hull, and a very tough one at that. They stand up very well to abuse. A friend has owned the same 33-I for 28 years, and the boat has shown no weaknesses over that period...at all. There's not a lot of volume down below and very little for cruising amenities...for your intenterd use, paying a little more to get into a C&C 35 I or II would be well worth the money.
