Glad to welcome another BC'er to the board!

Since the ketch configuration of these boats is quite rare, I'm assuming you're looking at the one in Granville Island, Vancouver.. It's been for sale for some time. I imagine by now it's becoming attractively priced.

I don't have any of the technical specs you ask for.. my impression of these boats has always been that of the typical French built boats of the era, large interiors with plenty of berths, aft cabins and probably at least on a par with Beneteaus and Jeanneaus

There's always a debate on whether or not these types of boats are blue water capable.. certainly many offshore voyages have been made with similar boats, most notably Liz and Andy Copeland with their Bene First 38. However they did undertake some significant modifications prior to their circumnavigation.
