Loved it. Our loss that we don't have the same interest (as in Europe) in the old classic woodies. I'm not one for photo recording but fortunately others are .Thane is all over you tube ,.Here is an example Thane Sail-Past | Things To Do in Victoria BC | Pinterest Thane is now sailing with new owners and I'm looking over Darien

My Dad & his partner had the "Flirt" (Page 8 of the link) on San Francisco Bay in 1945. I remember many a rough windy day on it. IIRC, my Dad said it was originally Gaff rigged, later converted to a Marconi rig. Last time we saw it, in the early 70's, it was rotting away on a mooring in Richardson Bay, we thought for sure it was dead, glad it was restored/re-built.
