I just had pizza from these delightful people again on Sunday (I refuse to admit how many times I've ordered and eaten their pizzas). The pizza is top notch, the prices are very reasonable and the venue is fantastic. We enjoyed fresh hot pizza in our cockpit while watching sea turtles less than 5' away.

That's pretty neat.. looks like they've done a great job on the boat too - esp for its purpose.

Over the past years we've had bakeries in various coves.. some went round at the end of each day in a dinghy taking orders from anchored boats.. and delivering or having them ready first thing.. Nothing like a fresh, hot cinnamon bun in a remote anchorage! In Squirrel Cove they were especially good because the baker felt Kahlua was less expensive than real Vanilla....;)

On Far Cry's recommendation, I just had this pizza on Tue evening (36 hours ago). Yes, I'm back in the bleeping northeast snow now, got home at 1am today. :(

Highly recommended stop in Christmas Cove. They close at sunset and then dinghy back across the channel to St Thomas. As I suspected, they admitted they've had some hairy rides home. However, I agreed, it was better than a commute in big city traffic!!

Hail them on 16 to place your order and dinghy up to the stern of the boat and big open hatch to pick up (they'll deliver to you for free, if you order 3 pies, or charge $10 to deliver). The kitchen looks professional and brand new! They've only been open for 3 months and I wish them all the best, I think they'll do great.

With the BVI continuing to raise taxes and fees, many of us in the USVI have been visiting Christmas Cove and Water Island's beach bar more often. Having Pizza Pi there and the very good snorkeling are just bonuses.

Minnewaska, the wind is still howling here. In the harbor it was blowing a steady 25kts this morning. The chill factor was probably 85 or so. :)

Far Cry happened to be on my boat Sunday. Since his fuel injectors are someplace in the mail.

I agree great pizza great service. Deb and I had the last two slices as leftovers last night for dinner.

I have to agree with Far Cry, with the aggravation and fees for BVI customs and the great options around St Thomas and St John and Culebra I find myself going over much less frequently.

I'm remembering their carbonara pizza and watching the sunset right now. It's 7 degrees below zero here this morning. I have no idea why the pilgrims settled this part of the globe. Damn.

BVI fees are tough. We cleared in the boat, with a park permit and four people for four days and it ran $200. But they seem to keep getting it.

The Ferry for four would have been the same or more with the exit fees.
