I am very close to purchasing my first O'Day, a 28, after owning a Cat 25 for ten years. The price is $4,000 which seems amazing. I'm hoping the folks on this forum can put my mind at ease about the attached photos. Hopefully none of these indicate major issues? The photo with the crack is the cabin top. The seacock is probably fine but I've never seen one fitted like that and I'm wondering why there would be wood anywhere near a thru-hull. The boat is in the water and there doesn't seem to be moisture in the area. Thanks for your time!
