Have you seen her hair? Its nasty.
Other then that all she did was cross the Atlantic, and now she thinks she can write a good book? LOL I think she is full of herself. I give her credit for trying, but she needs to go do a big adventure before she writes a book. Being homeless, then getting a free boat is not an adventure.

Anyone can write a book. Few can write a good book. Sorry, I am more miffed by her hair, then the fact she wrote a book.

You guys are harsh.
I think she is fascinating and her Captain is the real deal.
She seems to be amused at life and having a great time. Her story isn't Gone with the Wind but it's a nice tale.
And...UP I've been to your Facebook photos and I have to say...you got a problem with HER locks? Heh...

Yup.. I tried (a few months ago), but am not a fan. To me, it feels like A homeless person living on a boat.
Again.. That is just me! I'm sure others will find her stuff entertaining. Each to thier own, its what make our world great!

She basically is. I know her from town. Shes not a bad person, but I think she would classify as hippie if this was 1960.

Aren't most people who are cruising sailors, homeless, but for their boat?
Your comment implies, unless you have a boat and a House you give off the aura of homeless.
Certainly she or hour significant other do not exude a sense of wealth as many other sailing vlogs do. I would not only say, 'to each his or her own,' but also -- "the world is not, just one way."

Chronic homelessness prior to boating is a personality flaw.
If they were a chronic homeless before they moved onto a boat, then they will continue the lazy slob lifestyle that no one wants anchored within 5 miles of a city or town.
People who are chronically homeless typically have mental disorders, and are the undesirables of society. They should stay off boats, they have given live-aboard a bad name. I do not think that SG was a chronic homeless thou, as she is only 18ish now, and how long can someone really be homeless for as a white female child in America?

Lazy slob lifestyle? from watching her videos, or because of watching the videos I am way more lazy than she is . .. and both her and Pete worker harder in a day than I do in a week. and they are way more proficient.
The videos remind me more of a parallel universe to Cruising LeaLea (minus a life in the corporate world and retirement). I like both of them for different reasons....
One factor I like is they are about eight minutes long...so one or two don't swallow up a lot of time (albeit 20 do).
Edit: it needs to be added that when it comes to telling a story she is really good. She uses a lot of itneresting video devices -- like split screen, also the audio is supreme compared to a lot of other sailing videos that for some reason think the white noise of wind is good.
Just the fact that most of the music is written by her significant other and played by the family.. puts it above a lot of videos that one might think is cool, but if you took the funky hiphop out, would not...

Probably, if you want to grade me D minus, since I chose to point out the two in the Vlog in question are far from lazy and I am lazy.

I actually said she is most likely NOT a chronic homeless. I know for a fact she works a desk job, and he is a woodworker. So like I said.

yet, she doesn't have a (traditional) home. I was without a home (twice) for a total about four months... living with friends. not chronic, but I think she has been without house, much longer, but it seems she quite happy in her (boat) home
